Led by executive chef Patricia Gamez, the culinary program will feature breakfast (including Sticky Toffee Pancakes and 18th Hole Benedict), lunch (including salads and grilled wagyu sando) and late‑day small plates (including Bigeye Tuna Aquachile and queso blanco nachos). Cliff House Grill will operate 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays and until 7 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays. The full menu runs until mid‑afternoon, followed by small plates until closing.
